Terence Sia & Co was founded in November 2023 by Terence Sia Sze Lin, with a clear mandate: to provide focused, high-quality legal services in conveyancing and non-contentious litigation matters to individuals, families, and corporate clients.
The firm is supported by highly skilled and experienced legal support staff — specially trained to liaise with governmental and non-governmental bodies to facilitate smooth running of legal affairs.
Based in Cheras, the firm serves clients across the Klang Valley, from residential sale and purchase transactions to significant commercial property deals.
Terence read law at Northumbria University in the United Kingdom. Upon returning to Malaysia, she pursued her Certificate in Legal Practice while undertaking a legal internship with Messrs Mustafa Ling & Co.
After completing her statutory period of pupillage, Terence was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2019. She subsequently became a Partner at Mustafa Ling & Co, remaining until October 2023, developing deep expertise in property transactions, banking facilities, civil litigation and insolvency proceedings.
In November 2023, Terence founded Terence Sia & Co to offer focused, client-driven legal services — concentrating on conveyancing and non-contentious litigation matters where her experience and attention to detail make the most difference.
Messrs Terence Sia & Co is a duly registered law firm with the Bar Council of Malaysia, having met all academic, practical, and formal requirements prescribed under the Legal Profession Act 1976. All advocates and solicitors of the firm maintain active status with the Malaysian Bar and are subject to the Bar’s professional conduct rules and disciplinary framework.
